SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING DETAILS:

•All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

•USPS Flat Rate Mail transit times are typically 1-3 days, but once your package is in possession of USPS I am not able to determine an exact delivery time/date as delays are possible within the postal service.

•If you receive an email that your package was delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS post office. 

•At this time no international shipping.

•Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the location of your delivery.

•Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50 or more.

Pick up hours:

Monday-Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm

•You will receive notification when your order available for pick up ( may take 2-3 business days )

 

RETURNS POLICIES:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, return and exchanges are not permitted. At Sira Nest NC, all of products are packed and inspected carefully before they are shipped. However, if your product arrives damaged during shipment, refund will be provided, if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@siranestnc.com within 7 days of delivery. I sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
